    By accessing and using PandaDash ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

    Service Description

    PandaDash provides an AI-powered CRM and marketing automation platform that includes:

    • Customer relationship management tools
    • Marketing automation and email campaigns
    • Website and funnel building capabilities
    • Payment processing and appointment booking
    • Multi-channel communication tools
    • Course and membership site creation
    • Analytics and reporting features

    User Accounts and Responsibilities

    Account Security:

    • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • You are liable for all activities under your account

    Acceptable Use:

    • Use the service only for lawful purposes
    • Do not transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
    • Respect intellectual property rights
    • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

    Payment Terms and Billing

    Subscription Plans:

    We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    Billing Cycle:

    • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
    • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing cycle
    • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

    Cancellation:

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

    No Refund Policy

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

    By subscribing to PandaDash, you acknowledge and agree to our strict no-refund policy.

    Policy Details:

    • All subscription fees, one-time payments, and add-on purchases are non-refundable
    • Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of billing periods
    • Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the service, failure to use the service, or cancellation before the end of a billing period
    • This policy applies to all subscription plans including monthly and annual plans
    • Usage-based charges and overage fees are also non-refundable

    Before You Subscribe:

    We encourage all potential subscribers to thoroughly review our features, documentation, and demo materials before subscribing. If you have questions about whether PandaDash is right for your needs, please contact our sales team before making a purchase.

    Exceptions:

    The only exception to this policy is if required by applicable law. In such cases, refunds will be processed in accordance with the minimum requirements of that law.

    Intellectual Property Rights

    Our Content:

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PandaDash and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    Your Content:

    You retain ownership of content you create using our platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing the service.

    Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    Service Availability:

    While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.

    Limitation of Liability:

    In no event shall PandaDash be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

    Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

    Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.
